1About this policy
This policy applies to the Protea Realty website. Protea Realty is responsible for the personal data we receive through this website, under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
2When you contact us
The WhatsApp and email buttons open the app on your device. The message you send, with your name, phone number or email address, goes straight to our agent or our office email. The website itself doesn't store it.
Messages from a property page include a link to that property, so the agent knows which one you mean.
3When you visit the website
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: the pages opened, the site you came from, your country, and your type of device and browser. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
Our hosting provider briefly records technical data such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the website running and protected from misuse.
5Properties you've viewed
When you open a property page, your browser notes that property's area, type, price range, and whether it's for sale or rent. This note is kept in your own browser, isn't sent to us, and is used to show "Recommended for you" on the home page.
You can clear it at any time with the "Clear browsing history" link at the bottom of the page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
6Google Maps
The map of our office is shown from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive data such as your IP address and use cookies under Google's privacy policy.
7How we use data
We use your data to answer your questions, arrange property viewings, and help with the sale or rental you ask for. We use visit statistics to improve the website.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
9Storage and security
We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, and then delete them.
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to the people on our team who need it.
10Agents and property owners
Agents' names, photos and WhatsApp numbers appear on the website only with the agent's agreement.
We don't show property owners' names or full property addresses on this website.
11Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.

12Changes to this policy
